According to\u00a0\u00a0Presidential Decree 52\/2022 \u2013 Government Gazette 131\/A\/7-7-2022<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0Establishment, Abolition, Merger, Renaming and Change of Headquarters of Departments at the University of Patras.

Abolition-Merger of Departments<\/strong>

a)<\/mark><\/strong>\u00a0The Departments of Agriculture based in Amaliada, Plant Production Science based in Messolonghi and Biosystems Science and Agricultural Engineering based in Messolonghi of the University of Patras merge<\/mark><\/strong> in a\u00a0Department of Agriculture<\/strong>\u00a0established with headquarters in Messolonghi.
b)<\/mark><\/strong>\u00a0The Department of Agricultural Biotechnology based in Agrinio which was established with the\u00a0 amendment of paragraph 1 of article 36 of law 4610\/2019 (A’70) abolished<\/mark><\/strong>
c)<\/mark><\/strong>\u00a0The Department of Environmental Engineering of the School of Engineering merges<\/mark><\/strong> with the newly established Department of Sustainable Agriculture of the School of Agricultural Sciences\u00a0 into a Department of Sustainable Agriculture<\/strong>\u00a0based in Agrinio.
